• Senior Dynamics CRM Sales Executive

  Job Objective:

  pavliks.com is looking for a senior sales executive to grow our Dynamics CRM/xRM solutions practice in the midmarket space throughout North America.

  The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales activities, from assisting our marketing team with lead generation through to closing new opportunities. They will have input into the development and implementation of our marketing plan and identifying new markets for growth. This position is focused on new client acquisitions and some nurturing of an existing client base.

  Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

  • Focused on the sale of Dynamics CRM professional services and Dynamics CRM licenses.
  • Capable of developing and presenting effective and compelling solution proposals. 
  • Take a consultative approach when making recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions pavliks.com offers. 
  • Able to configure and customize Dynamics CRM scenarios in preparation for client facing Dynamics CRM demos and meetings.

  Compensation:

  A combination of base salary, commission and bonuses start at $120,000 with no cap.

  Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in selling CRM, ERP or application development solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.

• Programmer Analyst - Dynamics CRM

  pavliks.com is looking to add to its Team of certified and experienced Dynamics CRM software and web application developer.

  Eager to learn and work with new technologies in a fast pace custom interactive setting? If yes, then this is the job for you.

Examples include developing customized business critical software using SQL Server, C#, VB.NET and ASP.NET on projects ranging from 1 week to 2 years. Solutions range from the integration of existing application to “complete building from the ground up” systems. The majority of projects are based on Dynamics CRM.

  Some of your responsibilities would be;

  • Prepare scope documents, details application design analysis and system documentation.
  • Lead or assist in the architecting, designing, developing and testing of solutions.
  • Post implementation support of new and existing solutions.

  Successful applicants must have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Min 3 years experience with software development.
  • Certification and/or experienced in Microsoft technologies including .NET and SQL Server and Dynamics CRM
  • A professional demeanor and customer service oriented.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team.
