The Dynamics CRM Help System and Resource Center come by default with every Dynamics CRM implementation. The Help System can be accessed from the top right-hand corner of the application. Help is context sensitive by using the “help on this page” feature, and can be browsed by the Table of Contents, and searched using keywords. Many articles in the help system are tutorials for how to complete a task or process in Dynamics CRM. The help system can also be customized to your implementation and include information specific to your business and its process.
The Resource Center is the bottom module in the CRM application. It’s a dashboard of links to articles on tips, tutorials, videos and much more on Dynamics CRM. You can view the dashboard via the highlights, or narrow it down to Sales, Service, Marketing or Settings. The content changes daily as new articles are published, so it provides a dynamic resource for frequent review.
