• How do I get or earn credits?

  Training credits are earned by a business when a new computer, laptop or Microsoft Office software is purchased.

• Do I have to buy Microsoft Office with a computer to earn Office Training Credits?

  No. You can buy Microsoft Office by itself or with a new computer. Either way you will earn 5 Office Training Credits for each license of Microsoft Office a business purchases.

• Can I use the Training Credits on anyone in my business?

  Yes. The Training Credits are attached to the business, not an individual. A business can choose to use the credits to register as many individual employees as there are credits.

• Will I have a computer to use during the training?

  Possibly. We are accepting up to a maximum of 10 registrants per training session and will have a maximum of 5 laptops available for those who are not able to bring their own laptop.

  It is recommended that you bring your own laptop if at all possible.

• What if I have questions that are not covered during the training session?

  The schedule allows for 15 minutes or more during the 2 hour training to address any specific questions you may have.

  We suggest you bring examples of your own work (either on your own laptop or on a memory stick) so we can address any business specific questions you may have.

• What if I bring a laptop that has an older version of Microsoft Office or Windows?

  The training courses are designed around the latest version of Microsoft Office and Windows. It is recommended that you come prepared to learn the latest version of either system.

• Where does the training take place?

  All the training course offered via the Training Credits take place at the pavliks.com offices located at 364 St. Vincent Street. For a map click here.

• What time does the training start?

  All the courses start at 8 am and go until 10 am.
